How we act for you

We never take your airline login or a 2FA code. We never log in as you.

Fareward acts as your agent

We are a third party, booking on your behalf. We never say we are you.

Confirmation + last name to file

That is what the airline’s change path asks for. Not your password. Forward to [email protected].

Usually airline credit, not cash

You pay 20% of the savings only after a credit lands. If we don’t get the credit, you pay nothing.

Questions

Short answers

What do I add to start watching?

Send us your flight and price paid in three easy ways: type the fields on the home page, paste your confirmation email, or forward it to [email protected].

What does Fareward watch?

Same flights, same cabin on American, Alaska, Hawaiian, Delta, United, and Southwest.

What does a save look like?

Airline credit on your ticket, not a card refund. You keep 100% of that credit.

What do I pay?

You keep 100% of the credit. You pay 20% of the savings only after a credit lands. If we don’t get the credit, you pay $0.

Do you need my airline password or 2FA?

Never. We never take your airline login or a 2FA code. We never log in as you.

Do you connect to my Gmail?

We don’t ask for inbox access to get started. Type confirmation + last name, paste the itinerary, or forward to [email protected].

When do I get the invoice?

Only after the airline credit lands in your account. Not before.

Does every drop turn into a credit?

No guarantee. Inventory, fare rules, and timing can block a change. If we don’t get the credit, you pay nothing.

We watch American, Alaska, Hawaiian, Delta, United, and Southwest.
